re-imposed in the event of its sale, is arrived at.

In the original lease to Gideon Nye of I.

L. 427, dated 29th. July, 1855, for 999 years, the Crown Rent

is stated as £150. Can you tell me on what principle Crown

Rents were at that time assessed.
